828 Carob Baking Chips Unsweetened Organic - 1 lb. (E4)

These amazing button-shaped carob chips are super-special. Not only are they a rare treasure among carob candies because they’re 100% organic, but a unique processing method makes them extra smooth also.

If you’ve tasted carob chips before, we think you’ll be pleasantly surprised at how much smoother these are compared to “ordinary” carob chips. If you’ve never tasted carob chips before, we hope you enjoy the flavor and smoothness of this extraordinary carob.

• 100% Organic
• Super-Smooth
• Not Bitter

It’s not just the smoothness that sets these baking chips apart from others. The ingredients have been specially selected to enhance the natural sweetness and flavor of the carob. No attempt was made to make these carob chips “taste like chocolate” (something that can’t be done anyway, and when it’s tried it just makes the carob taste bitter).

And now that these cute little “buttons” are available in bulk, you can enjoy them in so many goodies. Try them with nuts and raisins in trail mix, sprinkle them over ice cream, add them to muffins or cupcakes... and of course make carob chip cookies.
