About Weimart Natural Foods

Our Mission: Healing a Hurting World

At Weimart Natural Foods, we believe that true health is a gift that encompasses the physical, mental, and spiritual self. Nestled in the foothills of the Sierra Nevada mountains, our store is the retail heart of the Weimar Institute. For over 45 years, we have served as a lighthouse for those seeking to reclaim their vitality through the biblical principles of health.

From Our Cafeteria to Your Table

Our subscription boxes are born in the Weimar University Cafeteria—a kitchen dedicated to the high standards of the NEWSTART® Lifestyle Program.

Unlike commercial bakeries, our food is crafted as "Medical Missionary" work. Every loaf of bread, every bag of oil-free, sugar and salt -free (SOS) granola, and every batch of heritage beans is prepared by chefs and students who understand that "food is medicine." We use whole, plant-based ingredients, zero refined oils, and minimal sodium to ensure that every bite supports your body as a temple of the Holy Spirit.

The Weimar Legacy

When you shop at Weimart, you are supporting a unique educational ecosystem:

• The University & Academy: Your purchase provides work-study opportunities for students learning the art of health evangelism.
• The NEWSTART Program: Our recipes are inspired by the world-renowned residential program that has helped thousands reverse lifestyle diseases like diabetes and heart disease.
• The Seventh-day Adventist Heritage: We are rooted in the belief that God’s original diet—seeds, grains, fruits, and nuts—provides the optimum fuel for a life of service.

Our Promise to You

Weimart Natural Foods isn't just a market; it's an invitation to a "New Start."
